Crooked Bones

i spent the weekend at the ai-con in Winnipeg and it was so wonderful. full of like minded people and for once i didn't had to hide my passion for everything that was relation to this convention. everyone was happy and meeting all these people and having fun with people you have never met before and will never see again but still you will get parts of their lives just for who they are and seeing them playing their favorite role and we would never sleep and watch our favorite shows and go shopping and dance all night with Halo troopers and listen to music no one else likes and playing DDR when the Dance is over because we didn't want to miss a minute of the two days we only spent in this event where you can just be who you are and not worry about being judged because here, everyone would understand. We would watch Harry Potter part one in the hotel room the night before watching part two and we would run to wal-mart to get bathing suits and then never using the pool at the hotel because there was just never time, i would watch the sun rising from the balcony and write my heart out while everyone went to bed and i would still stay awake and not wanting to miss the morning light, eating sushi and posing for pictures and living in your character and people calling you by the name of who you love and represent and meeting tired people in the hotel hallways and sitting down with the to talk and it didn't matter who you are, all that mattered was that you share a passion for something and it felt so great and i didn't want to leave, i didn't want to go back to where you are being put down and back and where you keep quite and forgotten. i escaped for one weekend and i don't ever want to forget.
